At The Landing, every room is designed to bring you closer to the water. Our Rose Cliff Lodge, named after the historic Rose Cliff Hotel that once stood just upriver, anchors our riverfront accommodations. Since its original construction in 1992, we’ve rebuilt and expanded our room to offer modern comfort paired with unmatched views—all just steps from the gravel bar.

Cancellation Policy


Cancellation of your reservation within 24 hours (or 14 days for summer weekends) of arrival results in the entire lodging amount per reserved room to be non-refundable. No shows and early departures are charged the entire amount of the reserved stay.

Cancellation outside of 24 hours (or 14 days for summer weekends) results in a $15 cancellation fee per reserved room. There is a non-refundable $50 deposit for all summer online reservations.

A two night minimum stay is required on weekends, Memorial Day Friday thru Labor Day Monday. Credit Card Authorization is required for all Reservations.
